Class Begins Friday – 1 P.M-8 P.M
Saturday – 9 A.M. – 8 P.M, with breaks
Sunday – 9 A.M-12 P.M
Lighting and Flash Photography Workshop
Thursday, April 1, 2021-Sunday April 4th – $995.00
Hosted at NRS Ranch and Event Center. We will be using on/off camera flash, scrims, reflectors and soft boxes, enhancing your ability to direct light on your subject. Classes will include instruction on lighting, as well as review of images.
Texas Cowboy and Western Lifestyle Workshop
5- Days, Wednesday, June 2nd- Sunday June 6th, 2021 – $2,225 – All Inclusive
Location – 9 Bar Ranch, Decatur, TX
This class will be a combination of class instruction and shooting western lifestyle of working cowboys in action to walking the streets of a community that time has forgotten followed by an afternoon of portraits and lighting, topped off with astro photography at an 18oo’s, stone homestead. Each day will include review of images.
Rodeo Western Lifestyle Photography Workshop
5 Day – Sept 29th-Oct 3rd, 2021 – $1595 Meals Included
Texas Vision is a new type of photography adventure with an old West twist. Decatur and Wise County are a breeding ground for professional rodeo cowboys, being the home of several world champions and NFR qualifiers, some of which you will have the pleasure of photographing at the workshop.
Each day will be a combination of class instruction, review of images and shooting rodeo and western lifestyle. You will even take part in a sunset Chuck Wagon Dinner on the ranch. By the end of class you will have experienced shooting action, lifestyle, portraits and day to day life on a working ranch. The skills learned can be applied to all areas of photography.
